Melissa Different, PFP
Melissa spent her youth growing up in Burnaby and South Surrey. During her childhood, her family had a cabin at Birch Bay where she made a lot of cherished memories during the summers.
In 2002, she started her career in the Credit Union where it didn't take long for her to start pursuing her interest in investment planning and financial advice. During that time, she started volunteering both on her own time and through work sponsored programs. Making a meaningful contribution to her community is something that is very important to her. Melissa feels blessed to have served The United Way, The Full Cupboard, Sources, Girl Guides of Canada and Semiahmoo Arts Society to name a few.
Melissa has completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Conduct and Practices Handbook, the Branch Mangers' Examination Course, ETFs for Mutual Fund Representatives course, and she has completed her Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation. Melissa is married to Matt and they have 2 zany dogs Roxy and Lucy. When Melissa is not serving her clients she loves being in nature, camping, travelling, music, kayaking and reading.
